Oh, tomorrow another recording. I did manage to grab some nap time in the centre stage while waiting for my cue to start. Yes, Diyanah was right beside me and I woke up when I heard loud screeching voice from my conductor.
Oh yes! Right after AKE, I was very enthusiastic in getting another book by Stephenie Mayer, ‘’New Moon’’ yes, I was very enthusiastic in purchasing this book despite feeling too tired after the recording. To my disappointment, when I went to West Mall Popular Store, the book was out of stock, same goes with Causeway Point. Upon reaching Tampines, I went to Sans Bookshop and another failure walked by; when the lady told me that she just sold it to another guest right before me. Then I went to Times and same goes the reason. That new trainer from Times was very lucky that I didn’t kick up a big fuss just now. He seems uninterested to cater my needs in helping me to check other outlet. Then I made a move to Popular and I saw New Moon! Standing bravely at the book rack, waiting for me to bring it back home. But alas, the book costs, $19.21. And in my hands, I only have $18.85. Like I need about $0.50 to top it up right? I feel like crying at that moment coz that book only left 3 copies and I’ve searched high and low for it, from West, to North and to East. I called mom to meet me, but she’s praying and she’s not in pink of health. I called my brother, all I could get was he hung up the phone coz he’s in the meeting. I put back the book with the tinge of sadness because I felt like a loser. I walked around the mall aimlessly and I nearly asked a stranger for a $0.50. But too bad, I’m wearing school uniform. Then I went off towards the mrt station. I was hoping that I bumped into people like Melati, Kelly, Sham, Janna and many on the list, with hoping to get $0.50 from them. Suddenly an angel came across me! She’s willing to borrow me $0.50 and kept asking whether the money is sufficient or not. Well, because of her, I manage to buy the book! And the angel is..
NONA MALINDA!!!!
Ok, I’m like a happy kid now!
