Many would have thought that my blog world ended 3rd September. Wrong. I was too busy with preparations of my upcoming examinations and Hari Raya preparations. I would never expect that I would leave this blog unattended with posts. My apologies.
Recently, all Muslims celebrate the most welcoming event of the year, Hari Raya Aidilfitri. After a month of fasting, this fruitful day was worthwhile. As usual, relatives’ starts to flood my house on first day of Hari Raya as my mother was the eldest siblings among my family after my first aunt passed away. Local food such as Sambal goreng and Rendang is a must in my house. It seems that all my cousins came to my house with babies in their arms, as what dianah said, its baby boom time! The first day of hari raya was hectic for me! Frequently I went to the kitchen taking out food and filling up water. At last, mama promised me that next year she is going to have a buffet so that it will be easier for the Ramli’s to serve the guest! Oh yes! As I’ve mentioned earlier that my house was filled with babies crying and laughing. Poor sri! She has to take care of all the babies while the parents of the child were eating!
Today, the third day of Raya, relatives still floods my house! Food that mama cooked run dry and she went panicking around the house! But still my preparations for the Big ‘O’ was never been neglected as in the afternoon I met Haliejah and we studied science for the couple of hours! Haliejah, thanks for making my day and let me eat Yong Tau Fu!! I’m simply bored with Raya food and I’m desperate to eat Yong Tau Fu!!! Upon reaching home, another relative of mine came with their newborn baby Shafiq. So cute!!!! He was so chubby like his second brother, Syakil. I should have taken his picture! Haliejah, you should have come and meet this baby Shafiq!
Today ‘Mimpi Manis’ last episode. *sob
